Madison Window Cleaning:
Helping make homes and businesses move-in ready!
Madison Window Cleaning uses techniques and standards for new construction window cleaning based on the glass manufacturers specifications along with guidelines published by the Glass Association of North America (GANA) and the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA).
These approved methods were implemented because cleaning windows for new construction can be very different than routine maintenance window washing methods and techniques. This is primarily because of the construction debris the windows are exposed to during the many phases of construction. The amount of this exposure varies based on how well the glass was protected during the construction process. A contractor that attempts to perform cleaning services who is not trained on proper methods for window cleaning may cause further harm to glass that has silicone, paint, cement or other construction debris on it. Ask your contractor how they intend to remove the debris or what methods are used or followed. Lack of experience and not following proper procedures often times results in poor results or even worse. It is important they know and follow these guidelines.
We form relationships with contractors and builders, working side by side with local builders who are in the final stage of building a home or business, ensuring their project will look it’s best when turned over to the owner and the proper procedures are followed for best results.
