At Madison Window Cleaning, we are an organization that stands for exceptional performance in each facet of our work. We’ve built this upstanding industry reputation by standing by the principles of business stability and customer service excellence that have carried the organization through each day of operations in its eight decade-long history.
However, we couldn’t have maintained this level of excellence without supporting and appreciating our employees. We are gearing up for one of our favorite recognition holidays today, Employee Appreciation Day, expressing gratitude to the team members that make a difference.
One way we treasure employees is through training. Maintaining the safety of our workers is critical, and we are continually training them with continuing education.
We recently attended the International Window Cleaning Association Annual Convention & Trade Show (IWCA) in January. An annual convention and trade show for professionals working in all facets of the window cleaning industry, it trains safety to high-rise and route/residential window cleaners and also to those who manufacture goods and services for window cleaning.
